Brett M. Bressler has continuously been licensed to practice law since he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and Tulane University. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney to Janet Reno in Miami. He continued his career as a prosecutor in Orange County for State Attorney Lawson Lamar. In 1993, he joined Richard B. Troutman as an associate practicing plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance law litigation. Then, in 1995, he became a partner in the firm of Richard B. Troutman, P.A.
In 2002, Mr. Bressler formed his own firm,
Brett M. Bressler, P.A., to represent accident victims and
to protect the rights of patients of hospitals against whom
hospital liens were wrongly enforced.
Currently, Mr. Bressler represents individuals and
families in automobile accidents, wrongful death cases, cases
against insurance companies, medical malpractice, and hospital
lien litigation.
I am very interested in this area of law and helping accident victims who are the subject of these liens.
Mr. Bressler is a member of: The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, has tried over 50 cases to verdict.
Brett Bressler personal: Mr. Bressler is 42 years old and
enjoys running, snow skiing, travel, and photography.
